Brief Journey Lesson

I've found that being vulnerable can be hard. The possibility of being rejected, misunderstood, or just plain naked in front of someone else is terrifying. But I've found it to be so freeing and empowering.

To be able to be authentically me and to share that with others is amazing. It allows me to tell my own story instead of someone else telling it for me.

I've learned to create boundaries because I'm finding myself and recognizing my worth.

I just wanted to encourage other women that are battling between the natural feeling of wanting to be themselves and fear of being rejected.

I want you to know that when you decide to be yourself and love yourself, those who are supposed to be in your world won't reject you. They will embrace you and challenge you to continue your path.

Those who aren't for you being the full and best version of you... aren't worth you (sad it may feel at first).

You are worth freedom. You are the journey of being yourself.
